Ella May Hinkal Youngman (1863-1950)

We would like to introduce our great-grandmother, Ella May Hinkal Youngman, mother of Dorothy Youngman Freed. Ella May was an extraordinary needlework artist. Most of her quilts have been lost, but one quilt, most recently in the possession of her granddaughter Marian Freed Hege, has been divided among her great-grandchildren. Read more
